We only ship within the Netherlands. Orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. The shipping costs are €4.95 for a letterbox package and €6.95 for a parcel.
Within 14 days of receiving your order, notify us of the items you wish to return via info@voorjeoor.nl.
Pack your items in their original packaging. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.
Take your package to a post office within 3 business days after registering your return.
Once we have received your return in good order, you will receive a refund within 14 working days.
