We only deliver within the Netherlands. Orders are delivered within 1–3 working days. Postage costs are €4.95 for a letterbox parcel and €6.95 for a parcel.

Please notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt via info@voorjeoor.nl. Please state your order number and the item you wish to return.
Please pack your item in its original packaging. Don’t forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.
Take your package to a post office within 3 business days after registering your return.
Once we have received your return in good order, you will receive a refund within 14 working days.
