In addition, the Ear Band-It ULTRA is ideal for children with ear tubes, perforated eardrums and other ear conditions. The Ear Band-It ULTRA also has a non-slip texture on the inside for extra grip.
The Ear Band-It ULTRA is available in surf dino print and princess print and in sizes M and L. If you are unsure about the right size, we recommend choosing a size larger. The Ear Band-It ULTRA is made of durable 4-4.5 mm neoprene, which is known for its flexibility, water resistance and resistance to extreme temperatures. What is the difference between Ear Band-It and Ear Band-It ULTRA?
The Ear Band-It ULTRA differs from the original Ear Band-It in that it uses 4–4.5 mm thick neoprene with a non-slip embossed pattern on the inside, which provides better grip, greater stability and a longer service life. The ULTRA offers greater coverage over the ears, keeps hair out of the face and stays in place better during intensive water use. Both versions are designed to keep earplugs or hearing aids in place. The ULTRA version is available in sizes M and L in princess print and surf dino print.
How do I measure the right size for the Ear Band-It ULTRA?
You can easily avoid problems with the size and returning the swimming headband by measuring the head circumference and using the size chart. A soft measuring tape works best, but a piece of string with a standard measuring tape is also fine.
Measure from the hairline on your forehead diagonally backwards to where the hairline meets your neck, just as you would wear a swimming cap. Choose the size based on this measurement. The age categories are based on average head circumference, but children often need a larger size than expected. Therefore, it is always wise to measure yourself and consult the size chart.
What are Putty Buddies?
Putty Buddies are extra sticky silicone earplugs that mould themselves to the ear and stay securely in place during swimming or other water activities. They are designed to keep water out of the ear canal and offer reliable protection, especially for children with ear tubes or people who are prone to ear infections.
