Here is how to properly put on the Ear Band-It
The Ear Band-It is available in different sizes, so make sure you have the right fit. If in doubt, we recommend choosing one size larger.
Place the swimmers headband around the back of your head so that both ears are covered. Secure the Velcro closure. Adjust the Velcro for a snug and comfortable fit.
Make sure the swimmers headband is neither too tight nor too loose. The Ear Band-It should hold the swimming earplugs in place without causing any discomfort.
Before swimming, gently move your head to check that the swimmer’s headband stays securely in place.
If you are unsure about the size, we recommend choosing a size larger.
