The Ear Band-It is a comfortable, sturdy and child-friendly swimming headband, designed by an ENT specialist to keep soft and/or mouldable earplugs, such as Putty Buddies, securely in place during water activities. Whether you’re above or below the water, the Ear Band-It offers reliable protection against water getting into the ears when used in combination with soft and/or mouldable earplugs. What’s more, the Ear Band-It is ideal for children with ear tubes, perforated eardrums and other ear conditions. It can also be worn with a cochlear implant, provided it is used in conjunction with implant swimming protection. No more worries during swimming lessons, holidays or a day at the pool.
The Ear Band-It is available in blue, pink, purple and turquoise, and in sizes S, M and L. If you’re unsure about the right size, we recommend choosing one size larger. The Ear Band-It is made from durable 3 mm neoprene, which is known for its flexibility, water resistance and ability to withstand extreme temperatures. The swimming headband also features an adjustable fastening at the back for the perfect fit.

The Ear Band-It is made of neoprene, a synthetic rubber. Neoprene retains its flexibility over a wide temperature range, is water-repellent and resistant to wear and tear, making it a durable material. The Ear Band-It comes in a reusable plastic bag with instructions in English.

The Ear Band-It in size S weighs 42 grams including packaging and measures 28 x 18 cm.

1. Preparing the ears
Always use Soft and/or mouldable earplugs used in combination with the Ear Band‑It, such as Putty Buddies. Insert the Putty Buddies as described in the package leaflet before putting on the Ear Band‑It.
2. Putting on the Ear Band-It
Wrap the Ear Band-It around your head, ensuring that both ears are fully covered. The Ear Band-It crosses comfortably at or just below the hairline.
3. Adjusting the fit
Attach the Ear Band-It to the back of the neck for an optimal and comfortable fit. Use the Velcro fastening to hold the strap securely in place.
4. Checking comfort
Check that the Ear Band-It isn’t too tight, but also isn’t loose enough to slip. For best results, wear the Ear Band-It under your hair.
This ensures that the Ear Band-It stays perfectly in place whilst swimming.
5. Removal and storage
Carefully remove the Ear Band-It after use. Store the Ear Band-It in a dry and clean place to extend its lifespan.

Putty Buddies are soft, moldable silicone swimming earplugs with an extra sticky texture for maximum effectiveness.
